Reflection: If you work together as a team, you'll be more likely to succeed. If you work by yourself, there's more chances of you getting distracted and falling behnd from your original goal and probably not going to achieve it and if you do, it probably won't be as good as it couldv'e been if you worked together with someone. If you work together as a team, you'll push one another to achieve your goal.

Reflection: I believe that this statement is saying that if you think about bad things, bad things will surface. If you think about success and good thongs, good things will surface and you'll become successful. If you constantly think of failure or don't drive yourself to do something good in life, you won't become anything successful in life and you'll just end becoming a failure.
